I recently finished the The Wheel of Time series and I'm currently finishing my re-reading of A Song of Ice and Fire.
I'm looking for similar books, books that follow the classic hero's journey, preferably long series that span a bunch of books, but standalones and short trilogies/duologies are great too!
I already have a copy of The Name of the Wind (I'll read it someday) + I've tried Brandon Sanderson's other books and didn't really like them.
