    I have spent the last 15 years working on myself…through grief, 2 children, just the ins and outs of life. I've come to the realization finally at 41 that my personality is what it is…I am worrier/anxious person. I want to make realistic changes for my children. I see my behaviors affecting them at times and I would love to find different ways to work through my thoughts, etc. Throughout the years of reading books, yoga/mediation, trying to calm myself, I have read dozens of books looking for "the solution". I am still on that search and understand that I may never find one simple answer. I am looking for non-religious book recommendations on living a simpler life/calmer life at this point. I'm not sure if what I am looking for is out there, but I'm open to suggestions! Thanks!
