Two specific genres i’m looking to read right now.

I have two specific genres i'm going for right now:

1. A martial arts book that features fantasy elements in it, I enjoy the idea of people using martial arts mixing with fantasy creatures. Something akin to a martial artist fighting in a world where Gryphons and ghosts exist.

2. A book set in the 1980's that has magic in it, I just finished Killer Frequency and the setting is still resonating with me, so i'm looking for a book that has those sharp 80's vibes that mixes the setting with magic systems.
