Books with a broken female protagonist?

So I’m very intrigued by books like A woman in the window and The girl on the train, where the protagonist is a traumatized woman dealing with issues from her past by indulging in substances, and then they get involved in another mystery, thereby giving unreliable narrative. Please suggest me more books like this. Thanks.
