I’m searching for a book with the most devastating heartbreak, where characters move from strangers/enemies/friends to lovers to enemies due to a major betrayal/deceit or something. I want a story where they (don’t?) end up together, something that will leave me in tears, heartbreak and questioning everything. Young adult genre its okay ig. Ive read most ‘big’ fantasy series/novels thats big on tiktok now but they dont scratch this itch :(.
