Hey all! My wife and I are going on vacation in a month, and I’m looking for a book (or 2) to bring. I don’t normally read books, I’m more of a gamer, but love reading when I’m sitting by a pool or on the beach with a cocktail. I’m not looking for a specific genre, but, the books (or graphic novels)I’ve read on my more recent trips that I’ve enjoyed were Damned by Chuck Palahniuk, My Friend Dahmer by John Backderf, Ready Player One, Black Hole by Charles Burns, and Warcross by Marie Lu.
I enjoy fantasy, sci fi, serial killer, graphic novels. I recently tried to get into manga, but not sure it’s for me. Tokyo Ghost was what I read for reference. If there’s any details I’m leaving out please ask. Thanks!
Edit:: I’ve read a lot of Stephen King novels, and enjoy them, but that’s too heavy of reading for vacation for me.
