Hi everyone
I am looking for the best books from Timor-Leste for the Read the World challenge over at r/bookclub. The book can be any length, and genre but it must be set or partially set in Timor-Leste. Preferably the author should be from Timor-Leste, or at least currently residing in Timor-Leste or has been a resident of Timor-Leste in the past. I'm looking for the "if I could only ever read one book from Timor-Leste which book should it be" type suggestions.

I’ve not read it myself but from a search on Story Graph one stands out as looking very good and I’ll be adding to my to-read list.
