I was wondering if someone would be able to recommend me a fiction book with piracy as a focus, preferably written with a mature audience in mind. Something akin to Lonesome Dove, Gone with the Wind, Shogun or Dune. Very lore heavy with a lot of world building like those. My preference is realistic fiction, but I’d also be okay with fantasy. I’m also open to series as well.
