As far as nonfiction goes: Jenny Lawson. She writes comedic memoirs but she’s got some pretty serious mental health issues, including avoidant personality disorder which is like a more hermitic version of social anxiety as well as generalized anxiety disorder and OCD. I read “Let’s Pretend This Never Happened” and liked it. It was mostly weird & light-hearted, but I do recall her taking extensively about how she is quite a mess around other people.
