Next month we are bringing books club recommendations for the next year and while I’ve read a lot of books this year I haven’t had any that stand out as a good pick for my book club. For context I am 28 the other 9 ladies range from 52-70😬 I did pick Assistant to the Villain for my pick this year and surprisingly aside from 1 they all loved it and have all already read the second! Everyone in our club has their preferred genre mine is comedy/fantasy I don’t want to change my genre to appease anyone cause if I have to read a historical non-fiction book, a true crime book, and a religious book every year then I’m making them read my genre😂 so far my only suggest is “Good Omens” I did pickup a couple of books the other day but haven’t read them yet “Long Live Evil” by Sarah Rees Brennan, “How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying” by Django Wexler, and “Dungeon Crawler Carl” but am looking for other recommendations?
