uncomplicated, grounded spy fiction short stories (like hardy boys, but spy stuff)

I'm looking to read james bond type spy stories, but are grounded in realistic spy work, who rarely uses a gun.

Need them to be in simple english., understandable by a teenage reader.

Something like an everyday spy goes on a mission type stuff.
