Hi y'all,
At the moment, I work full time in a mentally active job (software engineer). At the same time, I attended university for computer science. In my free time, I lift weights, have started picking up martial arts (10 minutes per day or so), do cardio, and study more on either mathematics or cs.
The thing is, I love it all, and have started becoming very efficient at it. So efficient in fact, that I feel like a machine, able to do, but unable to derive conclusions from its everyday life.
I tried to pick up Camus, specifically Sisyphus, which I used to love, but it just doesn't do it anymore.
I love Robin Waldun's youtube content, as well as enjoyed Han Byung Chul's "The burnout society"
So, any recommendations?
