Fantasy books maybe with dragons?

My friends bday is coming up and I was thinking of getting her a book or two. She likes dragons with subtle undertones of feminism. Octavia Butler is one of her favorite authors to give you an idea of her preferences. I was thinking Priory of the Orange Tree for one but would like some other ideas. Doesn't have to have dragons. No Fourth Wing suggestions please or SJM. She read all of Wheel of Time and she already dabbles in Sanderson. She also likes Greek Mythology and has already read Circe and Achilles. Doesn't like space or super Sci-Fi type books. TYIA for your suggestions!
