Spy novels (especially if set in the ’60s!) in the vain of James Bond
Lately I've been obsessed with spy novels. I'd like to read some, ideally if they've got a midcentury modern flair. Extra points if there is a romance sub-plot!
“The Man with the Baltic Stare” by James Church – set in the early days of the Cold War, this has that noir feel, with lots of espionage and intrigue. Not a 1960s novel but it captures that same classic Cold War vibe
