I'll begin with the Secret History by Donna Tartt. If it were made into show, I'll eat that up. The setting, plot and characterisation just gives dark academia vibes and I love seeing dark academia on screen. Plus the book is so disturbing and I love disturbing books.
Additionally, if Babel by RF Kuang were made into an animated series, I'll be sold. I just feel like the book is made for animation. I can imagine all the different elements of the book made into a 2D animation with a surreal art style.
Last, Good Material on Dolly Alderton will be a great series. The book has similar vibes to One Day (without the depression) and La La Land but is as funny as Insecure. It'd be such a great comfort show for me.
