    Hey All,

I would love some recommendations for books to read before bed as I found it improved my overall sleep hygiene and sleep quality. It helped shut my brain down, especially since I'm on computer screens/phone all day, and I desperately need to break the habit of turning on a TV show like Columbo or the X-Files to play in the background. I was reading through the Discworld series, but those are books I want to be fully awake and alert for, vs cozier reads where if I get sleepy in 7 pages and call it a night, it's no big deal.

I'm not too concerned with reading level or genre- I just need it to be enjoyable enough and not too emotionally heavy. I'm not going to turn my nose up at YA novels or anything like that.

I'll probably start with something like Agatha Christie, but I'd love to be able to expand further as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. 🙂

Edit: I'm seeing some similar posts on the "front" page here geared towards younger readers. I'm 30'sF, so content-wise that might open up suggestions more.

Einstein’s Dreams is a nice bedtime read. Each chapter is a different story and it’s all just fun and imaginative. Easy to put down and pick back up. It’s also short and beautifully written.
