2 of the books in the ender series by orson scott card have a really interesting story about a planet where people with OCD are considered the elites, and performing their OCD rituals is seen as a sort of divine practice. Might be a little out there for what you’re looking for, but it popped into my head so I thought I’d share.
There’s enders game, and then a trilogy that came after it. This story is in the last 2 books of the trilogy called “Xenocide” and “Children of the Mind.” I haven’t read them in a while, but while I’d imagine reading the first 2 books would be important for context, I do believe that the OCD aspects of the story were pretty self-contained in those last 2 books I mentioned.

Optimists die first by Susin Nielsen
Also, Turtles All the Way Down by John Green, though I will say, this is just a poorly written version of the first book I mentioned.

There are some books based on the TV show “Monk” he is pure OCD. I’m sorry it’s not a great suggestion but they are fun reads.
