I am looking for a book that is romantic between any pairing M4A, F4A , and harems. I want the basic plot to be along the lines of person A ends up in the mountains for some reason and gets stranded with person(s) B for an expend period of time and fall in love. I also enjoy a healthy dose of spice but I’m open to non spiced recommendations as well.
