My best friend really loves vampire books but the problem with them is most of the books she finds are pretty much just written for people with vampire kinks. She's looking for actual vampire books. Romance is okay, but preferably a healthy one, and a side plot. And not too lengthy. 400 pages is decent (not a requirement, but just not like 700 or something). It's hard to describe what plot to look for, but hopefully one about vampires, and not explicit scenes or straight romance. It could be vampires among humans, or vampire societies.
