Suggest me a book that will help me not hate myself as much as I do.
I guess I'm asking for a book that kind of focuses on self acceptance and self love. I can't afford therapy to fix my extreme self hatred issues so I'm going to do the next best thing and read a book.
Anything/everything by Brene Brown. Start with Daring Greatly, Gifts of Imperfection, and Rising Strong and then the rest.

“The Mastery Of Love,” by Don Miguel Ruiz. It states on the cover that it’s about relationships, but honestly, I found this book to be one of the most beautiful books written about love. Not just for relationships. My dear friend gave me a copy when I got out of an abusive relationship, & was in a pretty low point. I think you’ll enjoy this book as much as I did. 🩵🩵

“Feeling Great” by David Burns. It’s basically a handbook with techniques to defuse our distorted ways of (negatively) seeing ourselves

I’m not sure if it fits, but maybe [Bird by Bird](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/e1f7b339-0088-4eb9-8ebb-259318aa6875) by Anne Lamott? It’s my favorite nonfiction book, and it makes me feel really seen.
Another possible option is [How to Keep House While Drowning](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/e7cfc0bb-e6c3-44cf-a0f5-9d9dab180535) by KC Davis.
