I’m looking for romance books where the MMC is a war veteran struggling with trauma and ptsd. I really like books with heavy themes. It would be a plus if he also struggles with some form of addiction, depression or suicidal ideation/attempts. I would prefer if it was one of the more modern wars, but as historically accurate as possible.
