There’s often book of supernatural being shipped but that’s with a human, I’m not looking for that.
I’m looking for something like mermaid x demon or demon x vampire, etc, something like that.
(Bonus if it’s lgbtq+)
But a healthy romance with troubles of being different creatures but working through the obstacles and both green flags and just deeply in love em with each other.
They trust each other and would leave the world to be with each other.

The Incryptid series by Seanan McGuire has some of this. The first book is Discount Armageddon. The entire series is comprised of trilogies and duologys of interconnected characters. Some of the romances are like this while others are humans on opposing sides.
