Hi everyone new to the group!!
I’m looking for recommendations on books for mental health.
Back story I have a diagnoses of OCD anxiety panic disorder and depression. I’m in therapy and on medcine but I’d like to make my self knowledgeable on these topics. I feel like the more I know the better I can manage. I feel I have so much to be thankful for but for some reason I don’t find my self happy or enjoying anything.
