Please. One of those stupid girl power romance books where the FL sets her heart to work on herself and avoid the ML because he's an asshole and ACTUALLY does it! I'm so tired of excusing these crappy misogynistic assholes because they do one nice thing for the FL once. I want to see that sorry asshole fall for her and then get left behind like the trash he is. And then the FL can actually achieve her goals and fall in love with some random background character who isn't an asshole and actually respects her. Fuck it make it gay too, fuck the patriarchy. I just hate reading stories when you just know she deserves so much better and is being limited by the author for the plot.
I don't care if it's like a shitty fanfiction, I'll take anything at this point.
