Suggest me a book to loose all the unnecessary bitterness and resentment that I have due to misplace anger.

I am at the stage of my life where I know the path I need to travel. But I have so much of parked misplaced anger inside me that has alienated me from my gf, my family and close friends. I know it's will be a point of no return if I do not lose this bitterness and resentment sooner Please help me out.
