Hey! First time poster, long time lurker!
I've been talking to this girl for a week now and we're meant to go to the library next week, I want to have stuff to look for and point out for her, and maybe future gift ideas if we go somewhere? She says she's into fantasy romance, specifically enemies to lovers, and we both write so something that sparks good conversation please!
Any books that come to mind?

I mean, **the** fantasy enemies-to-lovers romance is The Folk of the Air trilogy by Holly Black, starting with The Cruel Prince.
But a fun one that you could read in one sitting that is fascinating and gorgeous is This Is How You Lose The Time War by Max Gladstone and Amal El-Mohtar. It maybe leans a little more sci-fi than fantasy, but honestly it’s just a weird whirlwind and the writing is stunning. Plus, since you’re both writers, a book written by two authors would be a fun topic. 🙂
