I LOVE fantasy so much, but I am finding more and more that plots are revolving around relationships and sometimes just straight up smut with a dragon thrown in. Looking at you Sarah J Mass and Fourth Wing. I just want a straight up awesome fantasy read, preferably a series, but its more built around the world, and the magic and the fantasy and NOT a romance. I understand that a relationship is not foreign to fantasy, but I don't want it to be the whole central plot of the book.
