I’m a female in my late twenties. Life has been great to me lately, I’ve gotten so many opportunities for travel, exploring and meeting new people because of my job. Unfortunately to be honest I don’t feel motivated, I don’t really care about anything, I do have goals but I am genuinely not actively working towards them and I am just wasting my days.

I have commitment issues. I can’t stick to a workout plan, meal plan, finish a book, finish anything for work. I literally suck

Any book that can help me get my life on track and get things together. I prefer something that isn’t religious or spiritual but just hard cold facts and motivation.

Speaking as someone who is too hard on themself, you’re being too hard on yourself. It’s okay to be less than perfect.

I don’t really have a recommendation though. Sorry about that. But you’ll be alright.

    2. Girl, same. I just take it as I’m burnout and need to rest. I’ve been listening to audiobooks to motivate me to get stuff done. I don’t like them enough to recommend, but I’ll followup on this post because I honestly need the recommendations too.
