Need three book suggestions (preferably non-fiction)

Hi, short background: I am a senior manager in a bank, and I have three younger colleagues to whom I am a sort of mentor. As I will be changing positions (and countries) mid term, I would like to give each of them a book fitting their personality and the stages they are on the path to becoming leaders. Here they are:

    • woman, mid-40s, lawyer and logical thinker, great in planning and absolute overachiever, partially workaholic, excellent expert in her field but also great insights in the others, top quality and (I suspect) with impostor syndrome – full of doubts in her skills and achievements. Ideal book: something to boost her confidence

    • man, late 30s, accountant, introvert and focus on the bookkeeping, good manager and organizer, grumpy at first, but with good sense of humor, impatient at times but always constructive, also great expert, not such a good communicator. Animal of habit, approaches change difficulty.
Ideal book: steer his mindset to more innovative, embracing change

    • man, early 30s, techie and fascinated by technology and its applications in business, great coordinator and project manager (IT), good at communication, but also restricted at times (kind of passive, needs a kick), learns fast but lacks strategic thinking (yet)
Ideal book: something to widen his horizon, go beyond the next step (was thinking about Life 3.0 by Tegmark)

Hope that makes sense, and thanks!
