Books for (adult) children of alcoholics?

Hi everyone, looking for something fairly specific. I tried looking on Google and got a little overwhelmed, so was hoping someone here may have personal experience and could recommend something.
I am by no means a child (31yr) and have known my father was an alcoholic for most of my life, however in the recent years since my parents divorced it has gotten significantly worse and I think is really negatively affecting me.

I love self help books so am hoping to find something out there that could maybe give me some coping skills. Thanks!
