He likes mystery, thrillers, and adventure the most. I know he likes topics of fishing, boats, white collar crime, or sports. It doesn’t have to be those that is just normally what I look for. It can be fiction or nonfiction. He is in his 50s. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thank you.

The Royal Wulff Murders
*One Man’s Wilderness*, a great true adventure. *Endurance*, by Lansing. this is a truly incredible tale of survival at the South Pole. It’s astounding.
Baed on those interests, *The Ice* by Laline Paull could be your book. If your father has very high literary standards it may fall short, but I felt it was better than many of the standard mystery/thriller bestsellers, I just personally wasn’t into the ending.
It’s set in a near-future where shrinking polar ice has made a certain company offering rich people a last chance to see arctic wildlife very rich, but it’s possible the most principled member of their original board was murdered to make their current wealth and influence possible… you know how it goes.
Endeavor by Alfred Lansing. Great read about Shackleton’s last voyage to Antarctica
The Wager was the big Dad Book of last year, if he hadn’t read it.
