I miss writing about books i've read on this sub.

We can all agree that the title is interesting. Yet, it's not the reason I finished this book.

I adore Mona Awad's writing since "Bunny", which has always been stuck in the back of my mind for its prestine imagery and essence. I liked that book and It was my go to recommendation as well.

I'm not going to spoil the story of this one.

First time imagining a fat main character while reading a book.

I thought at first it would be some feminist book about fat acceptance.

    In a way, it is.

But in reality, its just the story of a girl struggling with her body… and let me tell you, the author goes into such detail, you struggle to believe how she knows so much about hating how you look, and the minute details of being a fat person.

My favorite part was the mother's.

I hope you find something you're looking for while reading this book, if you decide to give it a try.
