I’m down in a rut right now, the last couple of weeks i have been feeling worse and worse about myself, and then suddenly i needed to have a surgery which has left my face looking quite different than what it used to, i don’t know how to deal with this. I don’t know what to do, and i feel like i don’t know who i am or where I am going with my self and life, I’ve taken time of from school so i thought I could try and read to gain some insight, any recommendations ?
