As stated above I'm looking for something cute, I wont mind if its tooth rooting sweet. I want domestic fluff, established relationship, everyday struggles and joys, preferably fxm.
It's doesn’t have to be main plot of the book but I just want the characters to be in love, so completly smitten with each other etc. while living their lifes and doing whatever the book is about.
I know something like that is usually found later on in series (I've read Outlander which I love but I need something lighter and way shorter), so maybe a stand alone although two books is fine, trilogy is max.

Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables series. The three to books (Anne of Green Gables, Anne in Avonlea, Anne in Kingsport) are about Anne’s childhood, teenage years and college years. She gets engaged at the end of the third one. The next books have her waiting for marriage (Anne of Windy Poplars) and then marriage life starts with Anne’s House of dreams. In Anne of Ingleside we meet her young children. Rainbow Valley has more about her kids. Rilla of Ingleside is about her youngest daughter’s teenage years.
The focus is not mainly on Anne’s relationship with her husband, but their love, esteem, admiration and respect for eachother are always present.
I think you will get by if you read the synopsis of the first 3 novels on Wikipedia. Then you can start on House of Dreams.

“Happy All The Time” by Laurie Colwin is what you’re looking for!
This novel is short, sweet, and very charming. It was published in the seventies and there are a few dated terms here and there, but overall, it holds up well and Colwin is seeing a resurgence as of late!
