I really want to read the books but after finding out about the author's plagiarism,her mistreatment of fans and the weird incest plotlines in the books, I just feel turned off. So can anyone suggest some books similar to the Mortal Instruments, at least in terms of the premise (Angels/angel like beings fighting against monsters and demons). Books with multiple protagonists would also be nice,if possible. No romantasy though,I prefer romantic subplots.
