I love reading and right now I'm looking for public domain books to return to the habit.
I'm looking for nice and enjoyable books because I'm currently going to therapy, and I'm dealing with a lot of issues in my life and healing a lot of childhood trauma.
So I would like to stay away from horror, violence, sexual themes, mystery, monsters, and anything related to children, family abuse, abusive relationships, etc.

I believe all of the P.G. Wodehouse novels are out of copyright now, and available on Gutenberg dot org. The Jeeves & Wooster books are the most well-known, but he wrote prolifically. Highly recommended!
You might like Dumas. The violence and sex are present, but it’s not explicit (except when necessary for a gag, and even then not so much).
Pride and Prejudice comes to mind. Also, perhaps, “Siddartha” by Herman Hesse?
I completely understand you.
