Hello, I was very dissociative from my emotions. My main feelings were core emotions(sadness, anger, happiness, stress) and i am more able to feel other peoples emotions than my own. I would like to further deepen my knowledge into this realm about myself and personal growth. I don’t have a personal preference in books! I like scientific, self-help, buddhism, poetry.
