Hello guys! How are you doing? I was wondering if there are some books where you can heal your emotions, your mental health, since I can't afford for a therapist and here in my country are not good, I want to read a book to be my own therapist and heal myself by myself, because I'm emotionally exhausted and destroyed and I could really use some help, any suggestions, please?
