Hi all! Unless I’m with my family or close friends I find myself unable to really feel relaxed in social settings and usually I try to cater more to what I feel the people around me want from a conversation than figuring out what I really want to say myself.
I’d like to buy a workbook that can help me work on this, stuff on social anxiety seems close but I’m not sure it would be an exact fit. Any recommendations either way?
