A book where the victim(s) fights back against their kidnapper(s) and succeed? Bonus points if they conspire to do it prior

I would really prefer if the book doesn't romanticize/fetishize the whole idea of kidnapping (like a lot of kidnapped and kidnapper romance books do). However, I am more than fine with reading disturbing themes and violence.
