What book did you enjoy reading, but would never read again?
Although it is one of my favourite reads of all time, I felt so emotionally exhausted at the end of Flowers for Algernon when I read it almost 10 years ago…
The Road, it is so beautifully written but utterly depressing.
Also Wrong Rooms , which was a memoir and the take was too sad for me to want to read again.

Amen for Flowers for Algernon. Love that book and will never reread — 13 years ago for me 🙂

Geek Love. I was incapable of putting it down, and also I wanted to put it in my freezer, then get rid of it the instant I finished it cuz it felt cursed.

All of them. I don’t reread books, only short stories.

The Sparrow, by Mary Doria Russell. Great book, but it was like being punched in the stomach
