I have no idea if this is actually a thing, please forgive me if it just simply doesn't make sense. I'm currently watching Batman The animated series, and also the new Batman on prime, and I've always been in love with the feel anesthetic of Gotham City, with that dark, noir detective, dark alleys and a big city kind of vibe that also has a bit of a old school feel in a somewhat modernish City.
Are there any books out there like that, that gives off that Gotham City, ravaged by crime and dark alleys and sinister enemies and entrance, and there's a detective, or a hero or something, a good guy, that is trying to solve a murderer or stopping crime?
I dunno.
Hard to really describe but just hoping someone gets my drift.
