Maybe not what you are looking for but if you like cryptids you might be interested. It’s Middle Grade, and has some art and drawings in it.
Dear Mothman by Robin Gow: written in verse, follows a young trans boy dealing with the loss of his best friend by writing letters to his favorite cryptid, Mothman. A moving story about grief, queerness, and neurodivergency.

Something of a Tall Tale by Christopher C. Tyler heavily features Mothman and other cryptids of the rustbelt like the Loveland Frogman and the Michigan Dogman. I think I counted some 50 different cryptids mentioned throughout the story. And the MC first runs into Bigfoot in the Appalachian foothills.
