I have been a fan of reading books and recently wanted to read an ebook but I don’t own a tablet so reading has been very hard on a mobile. I own a laptop and since I generally read non-fiction I like to make notes. so I wanted a book reading tool with note taking features. I am a programmer so I can make one. This has crossed my mind now, will anyone else be interested in paying for such a service on a monthly basis?

I think Adobe has an app like this called Adobe Digital Editions. If im correct you can add custom notes and bookmarks
