Please recommend to me a book with a drama filled/gut wrenching love story!

I’m really in the mood for a book with a specific type of romance in it.
I’m looking for something drama filled that will keep me in emotional turmoil. Toxic is great, but I’m not necessarily in the mood for “dark romance”. I want the main characters to have a heart wrenching love story. I’m not super into the “friends to lovers” trope or sports romances but I could be convinced if it’s worth reading. I do like the “he hates everyone but her” trope a lot if that helps. I don’t have anything that triggers me so no need to worry about it that. I’m open to anything as long as both main characters that are in a relationship with each-other aren’t in an underageXadult situation.
