I’m not a huge reader but have enjoyed books based off of movies or TV shows I’ve liked. I’ve read ASOIF series twice (huge fan) and also really enjoyed the Dune books. Any recommendations? I was considering Killers of the Flower Moon but I tend to lean more fiction / fantasy in my book interests. Thanks in advance!

Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. Think Ocean’s 11 but with magic, and surprisingly less bullshit.
First Law series by Joe Abrocombie. The characters are very interesting. All terrible humans, but well written and likable characters.
Riyria Revelations by Michael J Sullivan. Fun story with great characters.
as a big asoiaf fan myself, i’d suggest you try historical fiction, the kingsbridge series by ken follett for instance
