Why did Molly have sex with Case after his nerve surgery? I thought she was just there to look after him and make sure he doesn’t run away, etc. Never got any vibes that they liked each other, especially since she showed him the knives in her hands in the first chapter. Also I’m at the part where Linda’s just gotten killed and Molly shows Case the ginger candy, so not that far in the book.
