Slough House by Mick Herron and the Apple TV show Slow Horses with Gary Oldman – it’s more spy thriller and both great series

I know this isn’t a book adaptation BUT since you watched both haunting of Bly & Hill House, check out Midnight Mass. Same creators and it’s great.
For books, I would say the A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder show on Netflix if you haven’t already.
