This is a bit niche, so please let me know if it isn't welcome, especially because of the language request:
I am going on a trip to Andalucía (Malaga/Granada/Córdoba Area) and would like to set my mood to "all things Spain/Andalucía", which got me the idea of reading something that takes place there. I am also working on getting my fluency in Spanish back, so if it was originally written in Spanish, that would be perfect.
I usually read lots of (urban) fantasy, but also romance, historical novels, some "light hearted" crime and some socially critical literature.
Considering this is going to be my vacation book(s) to be read at the beach or sipping wine, I'd love a nice lighthearted story that could be made into a "summer chick flick", but I am also happy to consider more serious topics/suggestions.
