I've already read Renegade by Marissa Meyer and Gideon the Ninth, since those are the two books I usually here when this question comes up. Not looking for something exactly like a manga, mainly just a similar vibe. Cool fight scenes, colorful characters, fun powers, stuff like that.
If anyone can think of something similar I'd greatly appreciate it!
Oh, and Steel Crow Saga was also dead-on for what I was thinking of too. Loved that book
